Q How do I make changes to my Unlimited Plan?

The easiest way to make changes to your Unlimited Plan is to download the app! You can also call or visit the store where you purchased your plan to make changes to your Unlimited Plan. There is no minimum term for the plan, and you can cancel at any time. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for charges already billed. Please submit changes to your unlimited plan 5 days before your recharge date to allow for processing. We apologize, but unlimited plans cannot be canceled by text message or Facebook Messenger.

Q Do you offer discounts on more than one vehicle?

The Family Plan is now available at select locations. Save $10 off each additional vehicle you add to your Unlimited Plan. Select wash levels only. Click here to learn more.
