PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Monthly Unlimited program provides the convenience of getting unlimited washes/services as defined below for a monthly amount per vehicle at any MCCW location. This program will be in effect unless canceled by either party.

Participation in the program requires License Plate Recognition, which is valid on the designated vehicle only. Vehicle license plates may not be removed or damaged.

This program requires authorization for MCCW to deduct the monthly program fee from your credit card account on or around the date of enrolling in the program. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged on the 28th of the month. The monthly program fee may be increased without notice but will generally be posted at the MCCW location 30 days before changing.

DISCOUNTED TRIAL PERIODS

Mr. Clean Car Wash may offer a discounted trial or introductory period. It will be specified at the time of purchase. The discounted offer is meant for new program members only. Mr. Clean Car Wash reserves the right to change the trial program's availability at any time. At the end of the discounted trial, Mr. Clean Car Wash will charge the current fee for your chosen plan on the payment method chosen. Your plan will automatically renew unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the discounted period.

PROGRAM LIMITATIONS

Benefits associated with this program cannot be combined with discounts or club offers, coupons, gift cards/certificates, or complimentary services, excluding app-based credits. Washes/services will be available during normal business hours, subject to circumstances, including, but not limited to, inclement weather and equipment failure. Business hours are subject to change but will generally be posted on our website www.mrcleancarwash.com.

The unlimited club program is per vehicle. You must enroll each vehicle you are planning on using into their program. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle twice a year, free of charge. After that, a $10 transfer fee will apply.

If purchasing a Platinum + Interior Clean level membership, you understand that the interior cleaning feature is subject to availability. To verify the availability of services, please call the store before visiting. Availability depends on current staffing conditions along with the weather and unforeseen circumstances. If visiting an express exterior-only location, you acknowledge that only exterior cleaning is available to be performed. Complimentary self-service areas can be used to clean the vehicle's interior but are subject to availability.

Program membership is for personal use only and is not valid for Taxi/Limousine, Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.), or other professional vehicles. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand and agree that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and eligible to participate in the Monthly Unlimited Program. You may, however, be of any legal driving age to bring a vehicle to a participating location under this agreement.

TUNNEL TERMS OF SERVICE

Failure to follow these rules, procedures, and warnings may result in vehicular damage and driver liability. Customers using this wash do so at their own risk. Mr. Clean Car Wash is not responsible for driver error.

FAMILY PLANS

Guests wanting more than one vehicle on the Unlimited Plan may qualify for a Multi-Vehicle Discount. Multi-Vehicle Discounts are currently available with our Platinum + Interior (where available), Platinum, and Gold Unlimited Plans. Multi-Vehicle Discounts are subject to change at any time without notice. Additional tags added to the account will be charged separately on the date of sign-up. Different credit cards may be used for different vehicles.

MILITARY, FIRST RESPONDER, & EDUCATOR DISCOUNT

Discounted unlimited plan pricing is available for all active, reservist, veteran, retired military, firefighters, law enforcement, search and rescue, EMTs, medical doctors, licensed nurses, and educators. Valid proof of military, first responder, or educator status is required at the time of purchase. Discount on Military/First Responder/Educator unlimited plans is subject to change. The program is subject to change at any time without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY / PROCEDURE

The Monthly Unlimited program shall remain in effect until either party actively cancels it. Participation in the program may be canceled by giving 5 calendar days' notice using the following option:

• Download the Mr. Clean Car Wash App and use the Manage My Membership feature.

• Email support@mrcleancarwash.com.

• Call the store where you purchased the membership.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds or partial credit will be issued for charges already billed. Once billed, no refunds or partial credits will be applied for the remaining days in the month, but full benefits/use of the program will remain in effect for that month.

ABUSE POLICY & MCCW's RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE

The MCCW Monthly Unlimited program License Plate Recognition is associated with a single vehicle and a single wash/day. MCCW monitors the use and/or abuse of the Monthly Unlimited program. MCCW retains the right to discontinue participation in the Monthly Unlimited program at any time for any reason. The program is operated by MCCW at its sole discretion and may be canceled or changed at any time without notice.

DECLINED / EXPIRED CARDS POLICY

Credit cards declined on the billing date are given a grace period of 7 calendar days. MCCW will continue to attempt to charge the credit card during the grace period. During the grace period, benefits/services in the selected program will remain in effect but will discontinue at the end of the business day on the last day of the grace period if the card or payment has not been tendered.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL CHARGE AUTHORIZATION

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE MONTHLY UNLIMITED PROGRAM, AND BY SIGNING THE AGREEMENT, I WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED THE MONTHLY FEE INDEFINITELY UNLESS I DISCONTINUE AS PER THE CANCELLATION POLICY/PROCEDURE. I AGREE TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF THE MONTHLY FEE PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. MCCW WILL BE THE BILLING PARTY SHOWN ON YOUR BILL.

1. The purpose of the Mr. Clean Car Wash Text Club is to provide current Mr. Clean Car Wash Unlimited members and prospective Mr. Clean Car Wash members with promotions, reminders, and updates on the Mr. Clean Car Wash Unlimited service and Mr. Clean Car Wash as a whole. Participants can expect on average 2-3 text messages per month.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at marketing@mrcleancarwash.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
