Q What is the Unlimited Plan?

A

The Unlimited Plan is a recurring monthly plan that allows you to visit Mr. Clean Car Wash once a day, every day for a car wash and access to the self-serve vacuum area. This is billed once a month on the anniversary of your joining date. The Unlimited Plan is the best way to keep your car clean!

Q How do I join the Unlimited Plan?

Q How often can I wash my vehicle with an Unlimited Plan?

A

You can wash once a day, every day.

Q Can I use my Unlimited Plan at any Mr. Clean Car Wash location? 

A

Yes! Your Unlimited Plan is valid at all Mr. Clean Car Wash locations.

Q How do I use my Unlimited Plan?

A

Your Unlimited Plan is tied to your vehicle's license plate. To use your plan, simply pull up to the kiosk, our license plate readers will recognize the tag, and then the gate will open.

Q How do I make changes to my Unlimited Plan?

A

The easiest way to make changes to your Unlimited Plan is to download the Mr. Clean Car Wash app and go to User Settings. There you will find 'Manage Membership'. You can also call or visit your nearest Mr. Clean Car Wash location. Please submit changes to your Unlimited Plan 5 days before your recharge date to allow for processing. Unlimited Plans cannot be canceled by text message or Facebook Messenger.

Q Can I change the license plate associated with my Unlimited Plan?

To change the license plate associated with your new vehicle, please visit your nearest Mr. Clean Car Wash location or download the Mr. Clean Car Wash app.

Q How do I change the credit card on file? 

A

To update or change the credit card information associated with your Unlimited Plan, download the Mr. Clean Car Wash app or visit your nearest Mr. Clean Car Wash location.

Q How do I suspend my plan? 

A

To suspend your Unlimited Plan, please visit your nearest Mr. Clean Car Wash location or download the Mr. Clean Car Wash app.

Q Will I receive a refund for my Unlimited Plan?

The Unlimited Plan is non-refundable. Your plan will remain in effect until the end of your next billing cycle.

Q What are the terms and conditions of the Unlimited Plan?

Q What is the Family Plan? How do I join? 

A

The Family Plan allows you to add additional vehicles to your Unlimited Plan. These additional vehicles will be charged to one primary credit card on file. Any plan level can be added to a Family Plan; however, only Gold and Platinum plans qualify for a $10 off discount on the additional vehicle's plan. Learn more about Family Plans.

Q Can I get a copy of my Unlimited Plan receipt?

Yes! You can view your receipts in the Mr. Clean Car Wash app.

Please note that receipts in the app will only be for the period of time you have been an app user. If you need receipts prior to that, please visit your nearest Mr. Clean Car Wash location or Contact Us.

Q How do I download the Mr. Clean Car Wash app? 

Q How do I set up my current Mr. Clean Car Wash Unlimited Plan in the app?

To migrate your existing Mr. Clean Car Wash Unlimited Plan in the app, first make sure you have downloaded the Mr. Clean Car Wash app and created an account. Once in the app, visit the 'More' tab. Click 'Migrate My Existing Plan to the App' and follow the on-screen prompts. Make sure to have your license plate ready! Click here for a step by step guide on migrating your plan.

Q I'm getting an error message when I try to migrate my plan. 

A
Here are some reasons why you may get an error message when trying to migrate your plan:
  1. Your license plate doesn't have a state assigned to it. To fix this, click the blue pen icon and select the correct state. If you have issues selecting the edit tool, contact us.
  2. Your license plate has characters that can be misread by our license plate readers. For example if your license plate has an O in it, try using a zero instead.
  3. You already have the vehicle in your garage. If you have already created the vehicle with your unlimited plan in your garage, please remove it before you begin migrating your legacy plan.

Q Why do I have to re-enter my payment method?

A

To use our new app system, you will need to re-enter your payment information. This is because we recently upgraded, and your payment details didn't carry over. Don't worry—you won't be charged again, and your billing cycle and recharge date will stay the same. This step ensures your account is fully set up in the new app system.

Q How do I make changes to my Unlimited Plan in the app? 

A

To make changes to your Unlimited Plan in the app, visit the 'More' tab (the three dots on the bottom right). Once there, select 'User Settings' and then 'Manage Membership'. Select the membership that you would like to manage.

If you do not see your membership, please make sure you have migrated your plan to the app. Follow the instructions under 'How do I set up my current Mr. Clean Car Wash Unlimited Plan in the app?'.

Vehicle Restrictions

Q Are there any vehicles that cannot go through the wash? 

A

We want everyone to be able to experience the shine. However, due to our equipment, there are certain vehicles that cannot go through the tunnel. This includes:

  • Vehicles taller than 7' 4"
  • Vehicles wider than 80"
  • Vehicles with tires wider than 13.5"
  • Trucks with bed containing fuel tanks
  • Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of debris
  • Vehicles with dual rear tires or "duallys"
  • Vehicles with permanently affixed tripod style mirrors
  • Vehicles with ladders/ladder racks
  • Vehicles that sit 5" or lower to the ground
  • Vehicles with rear-mounted racks such as bike racks, mobility vehicle racks
  • Vehicles with excessive mud
  • Vehicles with flaking rust or perforated body panels
  • Other vehicles at manager's discretion

Q What responsibilities do customers have regarding their vehicles during the car wash? 

A

Customers are responsible for the following:

  • Collisions due to braking in the tunnel
    • Please keep your vehicle in neutral, foot off the brake, and hands off the steering wheel during the tunnel at all times
  • Automatic wipers
  • Pre-existing conditions/damages
  • Vehicles over 7 model years old
  • Power antennas/mirrors
  • Shark fin antennas
  • Non-factory items including:
    • Custom wheels
    • Bug/brush guards
    • Wind deflectors
    • Ladder racks
    • Aftermarket tires
    • Lightbars
    • Bike racks
    • Luggage racks
    • Valve stems
  • Wheel covers/center caps

Fleet, Fundraising, & Other

Q How does fundraising with Mr. Clean Car Wash work? 

A

Fundraising with Mr. Clean Car Wash is now entirely digital! Simply complete the fundraising application with your organization's information. If approved, you will receive a custom promo code to use in our Mr. Clean Car Wash app. You will receive 50% of every wash sold with your promo code. Q Do you offer fleet accounts?

A

Yes! We currently offer fleet accounts for fleets of 10 or more. Fleet accounts save 20-30% per wash and are invoiced monthly. Learn more about fleet accounts here.

Q What are your hours of operation?

A

Our hours of operation vary by store. Please select your nearest location to find their hours. Hours are subject to change due to inclement weather or equipment maintenance. Mr. Clean Car Wash is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
